3. Quotations & Orders

Quotations provided through the Site or directly by our team are valid for the period stated in the quotation. An order is confirmed only upon mutual agreement and, where applicable, a signed order form or deposit. Final specifications are subject to site measurement and technical feasibility.

4. Measurement, Delivery & Installation

Lead times (approximately 45–75 working days) are estimates and may vary due to material availability, project scope, and site conditions. We will coordinate measurement and installation schedules with you and strive to complete work on time and to standard.

5. Warranty

Our aluminum systems carry a 10-year warranty and glass a 5-year warranty, subject to the terms of the warranty document provided with your project. The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. Payment terms (deposit, progress, and balance) are detailed in your order agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-ART Glass and Aluminum Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products and services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by A-ART Glass and Aluminum Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
